Straitons Whitelaw and SW are the trading names used by the members of the Straitons Whitelaw network. Each member of the network is an independent consulting firm each of which practises in its own right.

The Straitons Whitelaw network is not itself a separate legal entity of any description in any jurisdiction.

 

The Straitons Whitelaw network is administered by Straitons Whitelaw Holdings Limited, a company registered since 1925 in England and Wales (company number 210635) whose registered office is at 167-169 Great Portland St, London W1W 5PF.

 

The brand and trademark Straitons Whitelaw and other intellectual property rights used by members of the network are owned by Mandarin Pacific International Holdings Limited, a private limited company incorporated under Hong Kong laws and registered office in Hong Kong.
